Experience of Au Pair Agencies

Going back a few years now a friend of mine had au pairs for about 7 years, she initially found them through The Lady magazine, and then ran her own agency, which she no longer does. She had a lot of Spanish professionals, wanting to gain more English. She had several from one family in particular the sister was a nurse and then her brother followed who was a Doctor. So I would try The Lady initially.

I am wondering if anyone has recent experience of using an au pair agency or having an au pair in Charlbury? Any suggestions or pitfalls gratefully received!
