Sorry, I had no time to place a flag. The council placed 700 metres of cones on the A44 and therefore I had to leave for work at 0630. As I work in the NHS I was unable to return to open the flag room in time as I had to collect children form expensive childcare in order for me to be able to sit in the traffic and work in the NHS and return to the house I rent as I can't afford to buy one here. God Save The Queen.
