What worries me are the "useful for displaying other activities as well". Hopefully this would not include lighting of a reddish hue!!

Ali, that was what was on my mind too, it might be good for pain relief and perhaps the surgery will prescribe people to go there for arthritis relief? Also the large windows might be very useful for displaying other activities as well! Very inventive change of use.
