I suppose strictly speaking you are just outside of the Parish Boundary but I don't see why you should not complete the survey

People to distribute the Charlbury Residents Survey and be Area Representatives are urgently needed. The Charlbury Neighbourhood Forum is releasing a survey to gather all the views of Charlbury Residents. The Forum needs people to distribute and collect the surveys.
