Thu 24 Dec 2015, 10:28 Big Issue vendors stand on pitches licensed by the Big Issue. There are none in Charlbury as far as the Oxford office is aware. Each vendor should wear a badge and (almost always) a bright red tabard. People should draw their own conclusions before buying a magazine from anyone who does not fit the above description. In any case, check the issue on sale is current, and that the vendor does not claim it is their last copy. |
