A weekly group at the Quaker meeting rooms on Market Street, offering a
space for silence, contemplation and meditation.

Take the opportunity to unwind and turn inward for a brief time, in a relaxed
and supportive environment. No technique or method will be taught, it is simply
a chance to be still in your own way.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions. Otherwise, this is a drop in
group with no commitment required, so please come along and join as you wish.

Starting Monday 19th October and weekly thereafter. 6.30 - 7.30pm. No charge.
