Vodafone - data cap

can anyone assist with how I can set a data cap on my children's mobile usage .
After about 50 mins on hold, and no web chat they advise that they do not off this as a service.!
I am sure it is possible, but obviously not in their interest ! Other suppliers offer this service I believe .
Any advice will be well received
