I have just been contacted by Vodafone, offering me £10.35 compensation for lack of service. However I was warned that on 1 September they will be doing more work to improve the signal strength and couldn't say how long this would last. If you go onto the Vodafone site apparently you can sign up for a text to let you know once it's all been completed!
