Warning Vicious Brown Staffie dog

You can report it to the dog warden and the police, they may already be aware of it but if not at least they will have a record of it does it again.
Try taking a photo of you see it again.

My dog was attached by a Small brown Staffie dog today, just along the path beyond quarry lane. My dog was trotting along minding his own business when this dog came running out out of the bushes, very viciously attached and was bite him several times. I don't know the owner, or dog but he was with a Grey haired gentlemen. Just a warning to dog walkers though, as he could have hurt my dog badly and maybe a local dog that's caused problems before. Does anyone know how to report such a dog, or how to get such a dog muzzled when in public?
