Having received one of these myself there may be others who received it. An email claiming to be from NICE warns the recipient that recent tests on blood samples show that the person has cancer and should take the attached report to their doctor. NICE has a warning on their website about this (http://www.nice.org.uk/newsroom/pressreleases/HoaxEmailClaimingToBeFromNICE.jsp) but it is clear from the press that it has already caused a lot of distress. Needless to say, you should not open the attachment, especially with the recent circulation of ransom ware.
