Charlbury recreation playing field left in a mess yet again

its the same at the football club i cleaned up a load of rubbish left all around the club on sunday.

Yes I was down there yesterday afternoon where a co-op bag of rubbish was left under the new climbing frame, fortunately just general rubbish, which I put in the bin.

It's the same at the Skate Park. We picked up lots of litter earlier today and there is still loads there.

Once again the nice weather is here but unfortunately alot of people & children of the older kind dont understand the importance of a bin!!
Broken glass, bottles, general rubbish, even condoms where found yesterday by a oap whom took it opon himself to tidy up after these people.
Its outrageous that people find it ok to leave it like this.
