Mon 17 Feb 2014, 14:43 Nikki Jackson runs two classes on a Thursday morning in the Corner House, her website is YogaFocus. The first is the Intermediate 10-11.30am and the second is Therapeutic 11.45-1pm which I go to. I have been going to Nikki's classes for years and would recommend her. |
