Any A&E stories?

The West Oxfordshire Locality Group is a patient/public reference group for the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group. It is collecting accounts of A&E usage to see why people choose A&E over other options. This is NOT about major incidents or conditions where A&E is the obvious appropriate place to go. Rather it is about recommending ways for the OCCG to improve access to services.
