Update: Trains are now running again after an inspection train got through the Moreton-in-Marsh area without problems but delays can still be expected. A shuttle will operate Oxford-Worcester until about 3pm due to planned engineering work, which would have closed the line between Hanborough and Oxford until them. THe weather prevented the work being done, so trains can reach Oxford.

A warning for anyone planning to use the trains - Cotswold Line services are currently suspended due to flooding at Moreton-in-Marsh. FGW's website says they are trying to arrange road transport but probably best to see their website for any updates. No indication yet of whether there may be able to run some sort of shuttle service between Oxford and Charlbury.
