Just to let you know there is a house going for sale in LEE CLOSE, there is a back and front garden with the local shop only 2 minutes away.

.Thanks, we have already taken a nosey at the YHA houses, but they have absolutely no back garden what so ever!
Yes, we are aware of the Greystones development, but also know that there is a certain amount of opposition to it!
The Street Fair certainly sounds like fun and we are looking forward to the experience

Hi John, there the cottages but the side of the Youth Hostel which have been for sale now for nearly 3 years. Not sure what they are like. Also, unfortunately for me, it looks as if the development at Greystones will go ahead but the number of houses is debateable, so there is somewhere else to think of. Glad you like it here - perhaps after you have experienced your first Street Fair, you might like to help us out. We can always use an extra pair of hands, especially on the day. You can always contact me by email at susanna_finch@hotmail.com. Susie

Does anyone have a house for sale in Charlbury? We recently moved into rented accommodation and like the town so much we want to stay and buy something! We are looking for something in the £250k-£400k bracket. There are a number of properties we really like the look of, but don't have the nerve to knock on doors to see if they might ever be put on the market- so if you are thinking about moving in the next year, perhaps you could bear us in mind and do remember that if we deal direct there would be no agents fees and prior to June 2007 you would have no costs to pay in preparing the dreaded Home Information Pack that becomes a legal requirement in 16 months time!
