Rowdy teens at the Sturt Road Stones?

Anyone else around here tired of the noise, rubbish, broken bottles, fag ends, and general disruption caused by these teen-aged hanger-outers? Tonight they were all playing with fire and burning various objects, with dubious cars parking on the pavement for a few minutes before driving off. Call me cynical, but I know what I was getting from cars like that when I was younger. Where are our Charlbury neighbourhood wardens? Where are all the parents of these kids? Could the parents please tell their kids to get a hobby, or do something less disruptive/loud/etc? I'm tired of picking up their trash, and listening to them shriek until late.
