Car keyed on Dyers Hill

Hi,

I parked on dyers hill (with a resident permit) yesterday (31st Aug) around 5:30pm. When I went to get in my car today (12pm) I have noticed it has quite a deep, deliberate scratch all the way from the bonnet to the boot. It appears to have been keyed. 

I was wondering if anyone was around / walking past at this time and may have noticed anything. Or if similar happened to anyone else.

Oddly my neighbors car door was left wide open (also parked on dyers hill) around the same time, and she did not leave it this way.

I’m not sure what’s happened but thought I would post on here nonetheless. And if anyone has any advice for getting scratches out then please let me know …!
