STOP sign in Thames Street? (Roads)

Yet another crash involving 2 cars that could have been avoided here today !

No stop sign...... drivers not understanding what the line markings mean ? 

Now insurance claims that could have been avoided with a simple STOP sign

at the top of Dyers Hil (or Station Hill if you are older residents) are now underway

Please !! remark the road markings and install  'STOP and GIVEWAY'

signs, luckily no one injured on this occassion, but damage and inconvienence

will cost hundreds, if not more

A stop sign at the top of Dyers Hill is an excellent idea.  Long overdue.

Not sure exactly where you mean, but it could be financed *many* times over by positioning a cop outside the Corner House looking out over the Browns Lane junction with Market Street! In my estimation, fewer than one driver in ten actually stops there.

A Stop sign at the top of the Station Hill going onto Thames Street would be a good idea. Would the council stoop up the money for one to avoid some of the collisions caused by speeding drivers as they turn coming up from the station
