Brown and black cat on Spelsbury Road

Could you take it to the vets this evening as they should be able to scan it for a microchip and inform the owner.

I'm very sorry to share that I came across a brown and black cat that had been hit by a car on Spelsbury Road. It looked like it happened early this morning. It was wearing a little black collar. I have a picture if anyone might be able to identify it. My thoughts are with their owner.
