Fri 24 Jul, 21:30 9 p.m. Friday, light grey car leaving town at 60 mph or more in a clearly marked 20 mph limit. When I flinched, he disappeared round the corner flashing his rear lights. Are there likely to be cctv cameras there, or should there be? |
