Dangerous driving on Park Street

Is this the same individual who knocked down the 'fence' on the sharp 90 left before Wellington Cottages?

I didn't see it but I certainly heard this car go past and it sounded shocking. I don't know of any cameras but there is a traffic monitor on Park St and you can see the data here:

There have been a couple of crashes on Park St in the last year because it is very narrow in parts which some drivers don't realise (probably because they are going too fast!).

9 p.m. Friday, light grey car leaving town at 60 mph or more in a clearly marked 20 mph limit.  When I flinched, he disappeared round the corner flashing his rear lights. Are there likely to be cctv cameras there, or should there be?
