Following a series of successful residencies and concepts, including Bodega Rita’s, the restaurant opened its permanent Soho home in 2021. Inspired by modern American cooking with influences from Mexican, Italian and British cuisines, Rita’s is known for bold flavours, exceptional produce, and sustainably sourced meat and seafood. The menu begins with Rita’s signature Jalapeño Popper Gilda Mini Martini, followed by a selection of the restaurant’s standout dishes, including White Bean & Smoked Eel Parfait, Grilled Shrimp with Coconut & Achiote, Barbecued Lamb Leg, and a classic Tres Leches cake. |
