Thu 25 Jun, 11:00 Patricia: as I understand things, this U3a group no longer exists. It's no longer listed on the Chippy U3a website, and I think there was some kind of disagreement between the group organiser and the Chippy U3a management team. Chippy U3a wanted someone else to take on running the group after the local group organiser resigned. It seems that no one else volunteered. Such a shame, although it's worth noticing that Witney U3a has a group with an identical name - - although it doesn't meet in Charlbury of course. |
