Hi, I’m Bex, a yoga teacher and holistic nutritional therapist who lives, and grew up, in Charlbury. I run a weekly seasonal slow flow yoga class on Thursday evenings (suitable for all levels) and I am starting my summer term next week in my new home of Wootton Edge Barns.

A little more information on what to expect:

Summer solstice has passed and the hot weather is back, truly welcoming in the start of Summer and bringing with it the intensity of heat.

Where Spring’s lessons focused on grounding, detox, mindful growth, and slowly moving out of the yin stillness of Winter, we now sit in yang energy in its full form: the sun, the masculine, heat, activation and expansion. We align with summer through solar plexus activation, however as we all know, too much heat can be exhausting and depleting, so balancing through cooling breath and soothing movement is vital this season too.

We’ll be exploring these themes over the next term, bringing in yogic and traditional chinese philosophy, movement and breath.

The sessions will be at Wootton Edge Barns, Thursdays, 6-7pm. The first session is next week, Thursday 2nd July.

Please drop me a message if you’re interested and I can share more details including pricing and term dates. I can also very happily link people up for lift shares :)
