Horton Maternity Services Rating Upgraded

Good news, although it is still only a midwife led service. North and West Oxfordshire deserves better, especially after Andrew Gant's best efforts to make getting to the JR2 a real PITA.

Maternity services in North Oxfordshire deteriorated under the previous government, exemplified by the closure of consultant-led services and the Keep the Horton General Hospital dossier showing multiple failings by the Trust.

With £3.3m investment into the Horton, including over £100,000 into maternity services, this government is turning our NHS around after years of decline and I look forward to further improvement over coming years.
