Fri 15 May, 16:29 We have suffered too this year - just waiting for delivery of Nematodes. Fingers crossed - half our box hedge went to Box blight a few years ago. Replaced with Ilex Crenata - dreadfully slow growing though - still sticks. Saw some lovely Euonymus japonicus 'Jean Hugues' hedges at Welles Bishops Palace last week so possible solution for low hedging if things continue to go awry. |

Mon 11 May, 07:22 Thanks for the heads-up, Anu. Will spray today! I've had good results with the Topbuxus stuff that Graham suggested. Diana |

Sun 10 May, 18:57 Ive been using this last year and now using it again this, someone else has recommended using water with washing up liquid in it, so I've mixed it up by using both. |

Sat 9 May, 13:10 If you have box plants and have not sprayed them yet, now is the time. We’ve seen first box moth caterpillars out and if they get hold of you plants, they will destroy them in no time. |
