Sun 5 Apr, 15:00 I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed that as we move into summer there is already an increase of visitors compared to last year around the same time. Many times I would walk on Cornbury and maybe see 1 or 2 people (if i’m lucky) but now i’m seeing 10-15 groups of visitor's. Not that it bothers me currently but I can see this year might be the year mass Cotswold tourism arrives in Charlbury. Tourists are generally tiring of typical tourist destinations like Bourton & Stow and seeking out a more authentic view of Cotswold life, which Charlbury offers in comparison to the other tourist hotspots in the Cotswolds. Time will tell! |
