Conflict resolution

Looking for a person or group who can teach conflict resolution skills to a wide range of people from students or recent graduates to those with many years of experience. Hopefully a series of talks combined with role-playing exercises that could lead to professional development credits, help build cv's and just help resolve conflicts.  Any ideas please post here or send to mglasgow@theridgegroup.com  .  Thank you in advance.
