Sun 8 Feb, 16:43 Sad news and our condolences go out to all your family. On my time on the Town Council he was such a character and many will remember’Ron’s Shop’ in the Corner House where he tried to sell items on behalf of Street Fair. |

Sat 7 Feb, 14:12 My condolences. He really was a lovely man, and we enjoyed the occasional chat. He seemed to know everything about Charlbury and everyone. A real force for good. We chuckled at the fact that I sleep in the bedroom where he was born. RIP. |

Sat 7 Feb, 11:09 So sorry to hear this sad news Martin. I remember Ron being St John’s leader when I was a child and he ran some sessions for children. He certainly ensured the future of the museum with so many years of dedicated service. |
