I live on Woodstock Road, I have received a flyer indicating that building access to the University Farm Solar Project in Hailey has permission  to use  the B4022/B4437 as their main route into and out of the site, this would necessitate 52 HGV journeys every day for the next reported 52 weeks!

The route would be into Charlbury via Woodstock Road to Fiveways and then out to Finstock , Hailey and Poffley End and returning the same way.

We already have to suffer many HGV's for the various Festivals and Horse Trails and with the fact that the new development has now begun off the Woodstock Road this will mean many excessive HGV's on a road with no pedestrian pavements. I feel this will also create excess wear and damage to already eroding road surfaces and edges.

You have an opportunity to support a change of route and can take action until FEBRUARY 11th.
