I can't help with Gillian Brown but there is/was a guy called Alan Baker (I think!) who teaches Tai Chi in Charlbury. I found this email address:  taichialan@gmail.com which will hopefully help... Others may know more.

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! I googled to find someone who does Yang Short Form Tai Chi in Charlbury and a lady called Gillian Brown came up but I can’t find a contact. Maybe she has stopped or moved away. Is anyone else out there able to do this form please? Best, Teena
