Hugh, Liz and I would like to thank Joan (as well as you) for being such wonderful next door neighbours.

She brightened up our (far too short) time in Sandford Park. Charlbury will miss her.

Thank you for letting us know.  Joan was such a remarkably generous, positive person who gave so much to Charlbury.  Amongst so many other things, she managed the 'back room'  of Meals on Wheels, serving hundreds of people thousands of meals over many years.  Our community has been so blessed by her life and her gifts.

There will be a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Joan at St Marys at 11am on saturday 20th December, followed by refdeshments in the church. All welcome. A link to live streaming of the service will be provided later.

Cremation will be at a private family service on 22nd December.
