u3a WANTED interesting speakers on Science and Technology

Is it worth contacting the Science and Technology u3a group in Witney, in case any if that group would be interested in contributing presentations?

u3a will be starting from February monthly sessions in Charlbury on Science and Technology and  Professor Alan Harrison and I are looking for speakers, particularly those who can explain their subject to the lay person. call 07974 565 618
