Thank you Simon. I have replied to Sharon.

So the the repair network is a part of the Charlbury Green Hub and the items we repair or check have to be PAT tested before they are returned to the owner.

We do not PAT test properties/rooms/fixed appliances just portable appliances ( things with 13A UK mains plugs). We do not test or repair microwaves or white appliances like fridges, ovens, washing machines, dryers, wired in heaters).

At the moment the repairs network is closed until January, due to injury, though I will repair Sharon's soup maker.

Just to clarify, we don't do PAT testing (or other electrical repairs) at the Community Workshop.  If people bring anything like that in, we suggest that they contact Colin.

I think Charlbury Community Workshop should be able to help you.

Russell Ingham does or Colin Critch.  Both in Charlbury. Russell lives in Hixet Wood and Colin in Crawborough.  Ask at Community Centre for numbers
