Mon 24 Nov, 12:48 John - might be worth rebooting the optical network terminal pictured below, the little box they screw to the wall which converts the fiber optic signal to copper which then connects to your router.

Mon 24 Nov, 08:53 Just got off the phone with Gigqclear. It's a software issue apparently that is affecting a large part of the network, not just Charlbury. No estimate yet on repair time, but they advised NOT to reboot the router until advised? |

Mon 24 Nov, 08:52 Their status page has just been updated to say there is a “reconnection issue” with their software - guessing that Charlbury dropped off after the power cut and now no one can reconnect. |

Mon 24 Nov, 08:23 This morning we had a short power cut, when the router turned back on, Gigaclear I was down. We have reset the router a number of times. Anybody else having issues? |
