Inconsiderate driving

To the taxi driver of the white Mercedes who splashed the obvious puddles on to me as I walked along Market Street this afternoon (2.50PM?) in today’s heavy rain. It may be a 20 mph limit but you are meant to drive with consideration for other road users. Same sentiments to the car that came immediately behind the taxi. I had driven that portion of the road a couple of minutes prior to this, at an almost walking pace, as there were pedestrians on the pavement.
