Tue 11 Nov, 13:26 I was honoured to lay a wreath on the GWR Poppy Train to mark Remembrance this morning, alongside the Chair of Charlbury British legion and the Deputy Lord Lieutenant in Charlbury. The train arrived into Charlbury at around 8:30am, before making its way down to London Paddington for 11am.
