You could try the Oxford Party Library, run by the Cherwell Collective in Kidlington. They lend party supplies, including gazebos.

Hi everyone! I'm taking part in a fair locally on Sunday 7th December. I am looking to borrow a 3x3 metre pop up gazebo with sides and weights from 6th-7th December and can return back after the fair.

If you have one available in Charlbury that you'd be happy to lend, I'd really appreciate it! I'll make sure it’s well looked after and returned in the same condition.
