And when we've finished the current kitchen refurbishment, and got some money back in the bank, we're intending to take some preventative steps to protect pedestrians from future tile-slips.

We just watched a slate fall off the Corner House roof, narrowly missing two passing cyclists on Market St! We put it by the front door.
