Fri 17 Oct, 17:15 A new running club for all women and non-binary runners, of all ages and abilities. We meet Monday evenings in the town centre at 7pm and run a 3km loop at a comfortable pace with no pace or time targets. If you're not sure you can run 3km without stopping yet, contact me anyway and we can work something out! Hi-vis and lights needed during the winter months!
