Simon,
many, many thanks for that offer as it has got us out of something of a hole (of which there have been several this year). It has aged me.

Steve - call me on 07910 357180.  The Cotswold Voluntary Wardens may be able to help.

Can I put out a plea for help? People might know that the Street Fair has a couple of trailers containing the equipment we need to assemble the stalls. We had lined up a volunteer to tow the trailer from the outside the Community Centre (where they are left on Friday evening) to Church Street at 8AM on Saturday morning. Unfortunately our volunteer's vehicle has broken down. Is there anybody with a vehicle with a towing hitch that  could move the trailers for us on Saturday morning from the Community Centre to Church Street? It normally takes us about 90 minutes to assemble stalls, and after that we need to park the trailers on the street.

Then, from about 5pm we start dismantling the stalls and reloading them into the trailers. It would be immensely helpful to have somebody to tow the trailers around at that time. Later on in the afternoon, the trailers will be towed back to their long term storage location (so we are covered for that).

The one that is absolutely essential for us is the morning session though, as it's impractical to manhandle the contents of the trailers all the way to Church Street.
