CARVE stone carving exhibition this weekend.

CARVE stone carving exhibition at the Railway studios opened to dozens of people this evening and will open again 11-4 tomorrow and Sunday. The students’ carvings are a stunning collection of beautiful and extraordinary sculptures which are carefully displayed in and outside the studios. Most are finished but some are works in progress under the guidance of Tutor Catherine Binnie. Students will be carving over the weekend and would love to show people the tools used to enable complete novices to create these pieces. Entrance is free.
