Been looking for a repairer ( non electric) and noticed Windrush Windows ( TwoRivers Estate Witney) sounds helpful, but no experience as yet.

When we had a problem I contacted Velux direct.  They sent someone out to fix it and replaced ours foc.  Mind you, it turned out that it was originally one of a duff bunch which had been recalled years earlier.  We'd "inherited" it.  Nevertheless, impressive service.

We at Wychwood House have always used Hessian Cole who is an official Velux installer.

We do not have any electrically installed so can't report on his expertise on that. Always been very reliable on the manual installations.

Friends are having problems with their Velux windows, which are very high and therefore electrically operated with a remote control.

Can anyone recommend a technician who specialises in Velux windows?
