B4437 - how closed is it?

Its still closed! But it was a lovely drive via Chilson and Chadlington.

The road was closed between Catsham and Puddlicote lanes, through the U bend and dip.  I went through yesterday when it was open subject to a 20mph speed restriction.  Looked like all that still needed doing was painting the white lines down the middle, so may be finished by now.

Hello, does anyone know exactly where the B4437 (to Wychwoods/Burford) is closed, and is it possible to get past? I went via Leafield  this morning but I noticed quite a few people ignoring the road closed sign.
