Roadworks in Woodstock

I experienced it yesterday. It's a pain. All I can say is that if you are coming from Oxford and towards Charlbury, you will likely save several minutes by turning left at the supermarket and turning right at the town hall and then rejoining the A44.

Just to give a heads up that there is roadworks in the centre of Woodstock currently and online it looks like it will be ongoing until the 2nd September. Having gone through it a few times already I can highly recommend avoiding the area as it adds a significant amount of time to the journey. There have been several complaints made already to the council and all in all it's a bit of a nightmare to be honest!
