Tue 29 Jul, 16:04 (last edited on Tue 29 Jul, 16:06) Thanks Maureen. It was great fun, but challenging. Well done to John back in the day, as it is quite tough. It also coincided with the arrival of Tour de France this weekend and many family and friends were there to greet us. Kind of surreal being cheered into Paris by pedestrians and restaurant staff and customers.

Mon 28 Jul, 19:42 Over 20 years ago John did this ride twice for  action Medical research. We hope you enjoyed it as much as he did. In fact the whole family enjoyed it as it ended the weekend of the end of The Tour de France and we were all there to see it. A great charity which a group of ladies in Charlbury raised a lot of money for in the 1980/90s and early 2000s and inspired John’s efforts and fundraising. Well done Chris ! |

Mon 28 Jul, 11:00 Hi. I have just successfully completed a 4 day charity 275 mile bike ride from London to Paris for a medical research charity, Action Medical Research. Thanks to all those who sponsored me, really appreciated. So far I have raised over £4500 in sponsorship and over £1000 in gift aid. If you would like to sponsor me or add a little extra, please Google “Just Giving” and search for  “Chris Tatton” and look out for my bike ride. Many thanks everybody. Chris. 🚴‍♀️ |
