Wow! The Unbelievable Truth and David Celia were my favourites.

Thank you all for a fantastic time.

It was an exceptionally good one this year! Music, food, beer and attendance were all great. Black Nielson and David Celia were particularly good

I would like to place on record my supreme thanks to the organisers, musicians and workers who combined to make Riverside 2025 perhaps the best ever.

I could wax lyrical for hours about many of the wonderful bands I saw. Suffice to say that I absolutely adored The Black Hats, The Mighty Redox, Emma Hunter, The Knights of Mentis, Great Bear Radio, Genevieve Miles, as well as - of course - the mighty David Celia.

Charlbury Riverside Festival always has great choices of food! When my band first played there in 1997, the choices were not quite what they were this weekend! I must mention the Biryani Guys and the Paella Guys ... absolutely superb.

And the bar! The beer was absolute perfection. I have told many friends how cool it is to be able to drink a beer with the same name as a Rolling Stones song, and "Off The Hook" was superb ... and when that ran out, the "Haymaker" was a fine alternative!

For me, Riverside is the best weekend of the year, as well as being a wonderful asset of Charlbury ... in fact I can think of nothing else that comes close! Thank you everybody involved! I hope we can do it all at the same place in 2026, which will be, if I am not mistaken, the 30th Riverside!
