Chinese/asian takeaway food recommendations.

New Dragon House in Carterton are by far the best Chinese I've ever had. They do deliver but sadly not as far as Charlbury. Well worth the drive to collect.

Surprised it hasn’t had a mention yet but we order from Thai to Go. 07971 345106. Absolutely delicious and they are happy to deliver to Charlbury. Has 5* google reviews and just great people. It’s possible to order via whatsapp too in addition to calling.

In Charlbury, there is of course 5 Ways Tandoori. Takeaway only.

For Indian in Chipping Norton I recommend Cafe Le Raj, eat in or take away.

Thai shire has sadly closed permanently (at least by the current owners). The lease was up and the cost and time commitment for a new lease was too much.

Carpenters Arms in Witney is ever so good – Cambodian and neighbouring cuisines. (Again, no delivery.)

For Thai food, Suwanna in Witney is superb! Highly recommend them. It's pickup only.

We use New Chefs Cottage from Chippy. They deliver to Charlbury for a small fee. The Wok Inn in Woodstock is also excellent but they don’t deliver to Charlbury.

Does anyone know if Thai Shire is still open in Chippy? Various sites I’ve seen say closed permanently though some seem to suggest they’re operating as a takeaway alone. 
son has requested Asian takeaway for his birthday and I’m struggling to find one! Recommendations gratefully received.
