Note, I contacted the residents email address in January, 10 chasing emails later, they only responded to me yesterday.

From my experience, if you want a response , don't email them .

Hi all, 

It's nearly time for Wilderness in Cornbury Park. In advance of the event, we are holding two Local Forum meetings to answer any queries you have and present our 2025 traffic/noise measures. Here are the details of both meetings- please share far and wide :) 

Online Forum: 3rd July 17:30 - 19:00

We will present our improved traffic plans and noise measures, in addition to discussing pedestrian access routes and any ticket queries or other questions you have.

In person: 22nd July 17:30-19:00

We will be at Charlbury Community Centre to answer any questions and respond to feedback. There will be biscuits!
