Clive is referring to TY Cycles. They do a good job of servicing my (normally aspirated) bikes, and they also claim to service electric bikes https://www.tycycles.co.uk/pages/bikeservicingandrepairs/, so give them a call.

You could try the bike people in Chippy, on the second industrial estate as you leave for Moreton, on the right. They are very helpful. The key for an e bike battery is that it should be by a reputable make and that it it is compatible with the charger. Cheap batteries made in a certain country are dangerous! Hope this helps.
