Lots of things coming in and out of season right now, so we don’t have vast quantities of anything: this week’s menu definitely suggests this! But it’s a beautiful rainbow of treats! Bread, pickles, labneh and dukkah Spring Mezze: Asparagus guac New seasons carrot and carrot top pesto Roast onions, romesco and organic feta English lentils, radish, leeks and new seasons garlic Asparagus, ricotta and cured egg yolk New potatoes, roast lemon and wild garlic tahini Organic pork, @saltpigcuring Nduja and @hodmedods beans OR kitchen Garden Cauliflower, harissa yoghurt and beans Optional Salt Pig Plate £10 Fennel and Chilli Salami, smoked ham, celeriac remoulade Styan strawberry Eton mess or Kingstone Moreton cheese, organic oatcakes and our chutney £35 per head, house wine £5 per glass. This menu will be available for takeaway on Thursday and potentially Friday too if the shop isn’t too busy.
